Pride Business Network Foundation (PBNF)

Welcome to Pride Business Network Foundation (PBNF), a transgender and minority-owned business that stands as a beacon for fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across all sectors. We support smaller organizations and enterprises by championing social justice, gender inclusivity, and economic empowerment. Our initiatives, such as The Trans Cafe, Transformation Salon, and the Annapurna Community Kitchen, create inclusive spaces and provide sustainable livelihood opportunities for the transgender community and other marginalized groups.

With the support of CSR partners like Godrej, Phillip Capital and Morning Star we have already created a positive impact through our social enterprises, and we are excited to scale these efforts nationwide.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to uplifting transgender individuals and other marginalized communities through social entrepreneurship, advocacy, and meaningful employment opportunities. By fostering entrepreneurship in the LGBTQIA+ community, we break down barriers and empower individuals to lead sustainable, independent lives.

We work at the intersection of DEI, business development, and community empowerment, offering support to smaller organizations and working with corporate partners to promote financial inclusion.

Our flagship enterprises—The Trans Cafe and Transformation Salon—are pioneering efforts in the business world, providing economic independence to transgender individuals while setting new standards for inclusion.
